Regulations

  1. Additional resort tax (for adults of 18-70) – 1.30 euro/night
  2. In rooms, resort tax is included in price!
  3. Children under 14 – 50% discount if at least 2 adults stay in the room or apartment.
  4. In case of booking an apartment or a room for one person only rental cost is doubled (based on the price per night for one adult).
  5. Check-in time: 2:00 PM / Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
  6. You can take your accommodation between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the day of your arrival and you must vacate your apartment/room before 10:00 AM on the day of your departure. Please, notify us in advance about the precise time of your arrival.
  7. You must vacate your apartment/room before 10:00 AM.

  9. Booking and payment: After the offer is sent, the booking will be secured for the client for 3 days. If we receive no confirmation, we automatically cancel the booking. The booking must be followed, within 15 days, by at least 30% deposit or the whole payment in forints. We then keep the booking until your arrival. If we have not received the money transfer, we will cancel the booking! The confirmation that the money has been transferred to our account will be sent to you by e-mail. All costs of the transfer and currency exchange to the Hungarian forint are payable by the client.  We cannot be held responsible if the bank has charged a fee from the money transferred into our account. In that case we ask you to pay the lacking amount after arrival. (The cheapest transfers are in Raiffeisen Bank. There is no need to make an express transfer, as it is more expensive.) If you need a VAT invoice, please let us know in advance. You cannot change your booking details (number of people, dates, place) once your booking has been completed. For any additional person(s) you have to make a new booking by e-mail. It is not possible to book or change the booking data by telephone. It can only be done by e-mail. All payments shall be made in the Hungarian currency (FORINT /HUF/).
  10. Please, always close the gate – it is for your and our safety. Please, don't throw litter and don't bring any dangerous objects in the pool's vicinity. Using showers before going into the swimming pool is obligatory! Jumping into the swimming pool is forbidden. After all, we don't want any accidents. You use the pool on your own responsibility. Only apartment and room guests are allowed on the Aladdinapartman property. The quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please, respect the peace and rest of other guests. All costs of any damages are covered by the offenders. Aladdinapartman reserves the right to make updates and price changes at any time.
  11. On the whole property, we offer our guests an always-on and free access to the Internet. You can use a Wi-Fi wireless network without any additional costs (it is included in the accommodation price). You can ask for a login and a password at the reception desk. All you need is your own laptop. We hope that this additional service will make your stay at the Aladdinapartman even more satisfying.
